State Public Historical Library of Russia: Russian Futurism (1910-1927)

I’d always associated Futurism exclusively with the Italians, but a collection of Russian poets and artists were inspired by Filippo Marinetti to reject “the past” and celebrate “speed, machinery, violence, youth, industry, destruction of academies, museums, and urbanism”.

There are 144 publications available on the State Public Historical Library of Russia website.
