We inexplicably managed to watch Season 2 before watching Season 1. Several of the things in Season 2 are now a lot clearer. Testament to the writing that we were able to watch the entire Season without realising. It’s also an insight into what can be understood by an audience. We just filled the gaps from Season 1 without thinking there was something missing. There’s a lesson in that for all writers, you can leave lots out and the audience still gets it.
